बीजेपी के नेता कई बार संविधान बदलने की बात कहते रहे हैं... लेकिन सुप्रीम के कोर्ट जज और पूर्व जजों ने साफ कर दिया है कि संविधान में बदलाव आसान काम नहीं है... यहां तक कह दिया है कि अगर जनमत संग्राह में भी संविधान बदलने के पक्ष में वोटिंग होती है तो भी संविधान की मूल भवना के साथ छेड़छाड़ नहीं की जा सकती... इस बीच सुप्रीम कोर्ट के न्यायाधीश जस्टिस बी. आर. गवई का एक बयान सामने आया है... बात दें कि सीजेआई संजीव खन्ना के रिटायर होने के बाद जस्टिस बीआर गवई ही देश के अगले मुख्य न्यायाधीश बनेंगे... और उन्होंने जो कहा है उससे बीजेपी को जरूर बड़ा झटका लग सकता है... जस्टिस गवई ने कहा कि बाबा साहब के संविधान की दम पर ही देश में गरीब से गरीब व्यक्त बड़ी से बड़ी कुर्सी तक पहुंचा है... उन्होंने देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का उदाहरण देते
