This was an Otis Lexan that got modernized by ThyssenKrupp with their typical VR buttons, and although this looks like a bank of 2 elevators, the "elevator" on the left was never actually put in. You can tell because there's no keyhole in the door and there's a hole where the directional lantern was supposed to be, also on floor 3 it is blocked off by a wall.
