Here are the ingredients you'll need for today's recipe:
Pastry:
175g flour
25g polenta or cornmeal
pinch of salt
100g butter
2 large egg yolks
1-2 tbsp cold water
1 medium egg white
Filling:
200ml heavy cream
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
300g pumpkin puree
2 large eggs
3-4 tbsp parmesan cheese
