What Gratitude Really Looks Like: balancing NYC work life with a Marin getaway

In this week's video, I'm tackling the concept of gratitude while reflecting on a really wonderful trip to the Bay Area. I think a lot of people feel pressure to feel more grateful, in a way that is a bit entrapping. If you aren't grateful but your life is mostly fine--there must be something wrong with you! I want to poke holes in that idea as I reflect on a specific circumstance in my life that made some forms of gratitude in my life difficult for a period.
