The gold tone Casio A168. A dressier version of the F91 with an improved nightlight. I got my watch from someone why wasnt a main dealer and was dissapointed by the obvious quality control issues with the bracelet.
I include a couple of authenticity checks you can carry out since while I think mine is a factory QC reject there are a lot of fake Casio's out there.
This is a really nice, classy looking watch however and if you can find it cheap it's a really good watch for stradling the everyday with the dress environment.
