Is that the craziest opening played in TATA Steel 2021 chess tournament? It's another do not try it at home Kings Indian Defense aka Jorden van Foreest opening preparation. He played a couple of brilliant games year ago in Wijk aan Zee but this year it was rather solid. This time he sacrificed two pawns for gigantic initiative and Jan-Krzysztof Duda decided to make things even more complicated. If I say it's always a great idea to learn from the best how to learn chess strategy and how to improve your chess knowledge, I don't mean the game like this one. Extremely insane, commentators had no clue what they're commenting. It's not the material, you can learn how to play Kings Indian Defense, so please don't check out the games like this one. During its 83 years of history, the so-called “Wimbledon of Chess” has been fortunate to welcome an impressive list of renown international chess GrandMasters from around the world. Time format: 100 Minutes for 40 moves, followed by 50 minutes for 20 moves, then 15 minutes for the remaining moves with 30 seconds cumulative increment for each move starting from the first move.
