on day 47 of our cross country road trip, our R1S died in the parking lot of the Shepherdsville, KY Rivian Service Center. These videos show a rough timeline of how that unfolded.
as of the afternoon of 9/6 we have not heard anything from Rivian about the diagnosis of our problem, and we're now camping around the greater Louisville area in a rented Chrysler Minivan.
