Jumper T-Lite 1W CRSF Fix

*** I still need to run more tests but I think that powering the module externally using the 1s battery seems to be working well (and better than just using a better LION battery as recommended by Jumper). Pay attention that I also do not recommend to use 1W at all and setting the CRSF module to 250mw should be both sufficient and keep you on the safe side.
