Stress is a common aspect of work life, but it's important for us to recognise when it becomes excessive and compromises our well-being. How do we recognise the signs of burnout and take action before it affects our well-being?
In this episode of Let’s Talk, hosts and Coordinators of the Well-being Champions Network Daniel Lim and Joseph Kalaivanar sit down with Porsche Poh of Silver Ribbon Singapore to discuss stress, distress, and burnout.
The conversation explores the difference between stress and burnout, how stress manifests in the workplace, and what individuals and organisations can do to support mental well-being. They will also touch on self-care, breaking stereotypes around stress, and simple strategies to manage stress in daily life.
