Mount Samat National Shrine or the Shrine of Valor was built to honor and remember the gallantry of Filipino and American soldiers who fought against the Imperial Japanese Army during World War II.
I feel honored to have participated on this endeavor of paying respects to our lifelong heroes. For without them, we can never be who we are today.
Long live, Filipino and American gallantry and friendship!
