Seed Production Group, Pohorawatta – Polpithigama DSD
This group consists of 15 members who are part of the water extension scheme implemented in collaboration with the NWSDB. They are linked with the Polpithigama Entrepreneurs Forum and produce vegetable seeds and other field crops in coordination with the Seed Certification Service in Nikaweratiya. They are recognized as national-level seed producers. CRIWMP supplied them with 15 sprinklers with the recommendation of the Department of Agriculture (DOA).
