AI Automation, there are people all over the internet telling you that you need to be starting an AI automation agency and that it’s the opportunity of the century, but what they’re not telling you is that running an agency is incredibly difficult and time consuming and throwing AI into the mix with no experience? You’re basically choosing nightmare mode.

BUT that is not meant to discourage you but rather to open your eyes. AI is a massive shiny object right now and I know many of you are starting with no experience with AI or automation.

However If you’re serious about building a business that has longevity, AI & automation is a great place to start. There is not a single business in existence that doesn’t have a need for AI and automation in some capacity. If you’re an absolute beginner, it’s not absolutely hopeless because I was able to do it too.

So today, I’m going to take you through the 7 agency pillars that you need to get on lock if you’re thinking of starting your own AI automation agency, now just to be fully transparent. I won’t be able to go too in depth on every single aspect of this, BUT
