Recorded June 19, 1939, in New York City, on Columbia 78-rpm matrices WXCO 24787 through WXCO 24796. Issued in November, 1939, as Columbia Masterworks set M-385 (records 69722-D through 69726-D), and in slide automatic sequence as AM-385 (records 69727-D through 69731-D). In 1940, the set was reissued in drop automatic sequence as MM-385 (records 70048-D through 70052-D).
Goldmark's "Rustic Wedding Symphony" is actually a suite in five movements:
1. Wedding March: Theme, Variations 1-13, and Coda
2. Bridal Song (Intermezzo): Allegretto (at 14:52)
3. Serenade (Scherzo): Allegro moderato scherzando (at 18:57)
4. In the Garden: Andante (at 23:23)
5. Dance (Finale): Allegro molto (at 32:11)
