It's great that members of this community reach out and suggest great places to visit. And I'm lucky enough to get to try one of the few Prime Rib buffets in Vancouver. Actually it's in the Richmond area near the airport which is quite convenient. I'm just about to head out to catch a flight to Milwaukee to support the god children on their triathlon competition. With so much experience on these food adventures, I thought I'd self appoint myself as their nutritional advisor so that they have all the calories they need of the competition.

And what better way to kick things off than with a buffet...a prime rib buffet! And it gets better because I get to join my good friend Nicole whom I haven't seen for a while. Really great to eat together and enjoy not only the AYCE prime rib, but crispy roasted pig, seafood from the pacific north west and well as an array of delectable desserts including one of the best tiramisu we've ever had.
