For the past 10 years, I’ve written my own workout programs.
But for the rest of this year, I decided to do something different. I’m going to be following a few different programs to test out new approaches to training.
First up on the list is the StrongFirst Anytime Anywhere Bodyweight Strength Program to see how it stacks up against my own style.
The program focuses on three big movements:
🔘 Handstand Push-Ups
🔘 Pull-Ups
🔘 Pistol Squats
The twist? Up to 15 sets per workout…but only singles, doubles, and triples.
