Former army chief Hafizuddeain Jantan faced two additional charges under Section 4(1) of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 at the Sessions Court in Shah Alam today.
He pleaded not guilty to both charges, which involve receiving RM145,000 in proceeds from unlawful activities.
Yesterday, Hafizuddeain was charged at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court with four counts of receiving proceeds from unlawful activities, totalling more than RM2.12 million.
