CEASEFIRE SITUATION

A humanitarian ceasefire on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is being violated by the Azerbaijani army.
Vahram Poghosyan, spokesperson for the President of Artsakh took to his Facebook Tuesday morning to share an update on the current situation. 
According to him, the night was restless in Askeran, Martuni, and Martakert towns. 
"Civilian facilities were targeted at night. One apartment burnt in Martakert,” he noted adding that there are no casualties and wounded.
As of 12:30, he said that Azerbaijan continues to brutally violate the humanitarian ceasefire regime and, from early morning, it has again started large-scale military operations along the entire length of the frontline.

Artsakh Defense Army published Tuesday morning 17 more names of Armenian soldiers killed while the death toll has reached over 500.
Meanwhile, although, the Azerbaijani army has refused to published the official death toll, according to the Armenian authorities, it has reached over 5,139 casualties.

FM IN MOSCOW

Armenian FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan flew again to Moscow to meet with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on Monday.
On Tuesday morning, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan was holding a meeting in Moscow with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, and on the avenues for the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

BAN ON ARMS SALES

The High Court of Justice of Israel on Monday rejected a petition to ban arms sales to Azerbaijan as lacking evidence to justify a hearing on whether they have been used for war crimes against Armenia, The Jerusalem Post reported.
In the case of Malaysia, the High Court rejected a similar petition but held a spirited hearing. In this case, Justice Yosef Elron said the petition lacked basic evidence to even reach that point.
