This course provides a variety of resources, inner and outer, to support us in embracing this potent time of maturation.

We will explore ways to view – as a passing drama – a past that now feels increasingly irrelevant, and a future that leads inevitably to death. We will use this time in remembering and cherishing our unchanging reality as consciousness. In other words we will learn to use this time creatively, as Osho suggests.

Along with Osho’s insights, a selection of meditative techniques will remind us of our innate freedom, of our reality as infinite expansion, untouched by the constrictions of the body and the mind. We will touch base with our unchanging, inner center and know the undying within us.
