How do we sow carrots using our top favourite market gardening tool, the jang seeder.
Here is a demonstration of how to sow carrots with the jang seeder.
The jang seeder (similar to the Earthway seeder) is a push powered seed sowing machine that accurately sows any seed to your desired spacing and depth. This tool has been so valuable to us as market gardeners, helping reduce sowing times and making life much easier! We look at how the jang works, which seed rollers we use for sowing carrots, how we prep a bed and how we use a rake to mark out the sowing rows to then follow with the jang.
