Beef shurpa is a very tasty ,flavorful and healthy soup with vegetables . Preparing the soup is easy and simple . Ingredients :
Beef-700 gr
Water-2 liters
Onion-200 gr
Carrots-200 gr
Potatoes-400 gr
Sweet pepper - 3 PCs
Tomatoes-400 gr
Garlic-2 cloves
Parsley, Basil
Ground coriander-1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper to taste .
