I had a great day fishing for bluegill and catfish, despite a lot of rain. Used the drone to get some beautiful footage of the wildlife preserve. I compared shrimp and worms to see which bait worked best. I caught some invasive Rio Grande cichlids.
I launched my boat out of Bayou Segnette State Park (https://www.lastateparks.com/parks-pr.... They have several really nice, smooth back-down ramps and it is only $3 to launch.
