Meal Prepping Made Simple!

This is typically reserved for Tank Fitness clients but breaks down nutrition into simple terms and includes endless food options.
Reminder, you DO NOT, have to meal prep to lose weight.
However, If you happen to be short on time and are a busy person, meal prepping might be a no brainer.
Here’s how:
Step 1: Keep it simple. Choose meals that you both enjoy and that store well.
I recommend selecting 1 or 2 protein, 1 or 2 starches and 1 or 2 vegetables.
Step 2: Cook to your liking.
This is the simplest step. But as you cook, remember to write down every ingredient you use and how much.
Seasoning is negligible unless you’re tracking sodium.
Step 3: Portion the food into each individual container.
During this step, use your food scale to measure out exactly how much of each you’re portioning out.
This will make it easy to track your macros and calories later.
Bonus Tip: Also prepare and package your fruit so you can use them as snacks.
