It’s been 1 month since I quit my job

The immediate focus for Jay is taking control of his life and dedicating time to his purpose: social media, putting his voice out there, and building businesses. Previously, while working as an engineer, Jay often received inspiration or "downloads" but could not dive deep into these ideas while at his desk. Now, he is grateful to work on what he chooses. The main challenge in this new phase is finding necessary structure, as the old 9-to-5, Monday through Friday schedule is gone, and Jay must now determine his best schedule and stick to it. Jay also shares that to cover expenses temporarily, he sold his 401k and will be able to live minimally for at least the next two weeks while he works on creating passive income streams, as he currently has no income. Despite the vagueness of the future, Jay is not worried and trusts that everything will work out. Jay's primary focus during this time is prioritizing self-love and self-care daily—which includes mental and physical well-being, working out, and getting back into a schedule of sleeping and waking up early—stating that success is defined as "not needing anything outside of yourself".
