The new wave of African high fashion.

Kevin Murungi is a multidisciplinary visual artist whose practice centers on symbolism and abstraction. Deeply inspired by African symbols and their cultural significance, he creates screen-printed works on textile that incorporate encrypted words and silhouettes derived from A.I.-generated characters.

Murungi continues to explore the intersection of screen printing and the evolving field of Artificial Intelligence Art, particularly in relation to the African context. Some of his works were featured in the group exhibition 'EPEYONON', held at Kiggundu Art Studio in Kampala.
