I have quite a few lathe tool holders for my quick change tool post. So, it would be nice to have a rack for them to keep them organized and easily available.
This was a simple build to achieve that goal. I started by cutting and grinding a flat bar to match the dovetail. Then I welded some brackets for the wall mounting and welded the holding pieces to a piece of square tubing. Afterward, I just needed to add some paint and it was finished.
After using this tool holder rack for a few days, it seems to work pretty well. Some of the holding pieces are a bit tight and could use some trimming with a file, but all in all, I like it.
