In this video, I forge a billet using 7 steel cables and 2 worn-out chainsaw chains, then shape it into a razor-sharp hunting knife with a high-carbon edge.
From building the caisson, forging the steel, to crafting the handle in ebony and stag antler — you’ll see every step of the process.

📏 The blade features a full tang construction with a hidden threaded rod, making the handle fully removable and ultra solid.

Découvrez la transformation spectaculaire de matériaux de récupération en un couteau de chasse redoutable !

Dans cette vidéo, je forge un bloc d’acier à partir de 7 câbles en acier et de 2 chaînes de tronçonneuse usées, pour le transformer en un couteau ultra-tranchant avec un noyau à haute teneur en carbone.
Du montage du caisson, à la forge, jusqu’à la fabrication du manche en ébène et bois de cerf, vous verrez toutes les étapes de la création.

📏 La lame est dotée d’une soie traversante avec tige filetée cachée, ce qui rend le manche entièrement démontable et ultra solide.
💥 Le résultat final ? Un couteau à la fois puissant, durable et esthétique — un véritable outil et objet d’art.
