INGREDIENTS
3 large eggs
150g dark chocolate
120ml Two&One olive oil
Peppermint Oil to taste (start with 10 drops)
200g granulated sugar
110g plain flour
30g cocoa
A pinch of salt
Icing sugar to decorate
