Tormach PCNC 1100 Cutting Demonstration: Aluminum

A cutting demonstration on the Tormach PCNC 1100 Series 3 CNC mill. The workpiece used is Aluminum 6061-T6 stock. Flood coolant is turned on for the hole-making operation and mist-coolant is used for the roughing and finishing processes. Tapping fluid is used for the hole-tapping operations.
