Jorpokhri is near Sukhiapokhri Town in Lepchajagat, a quaint hill town close to Darjeeling with stunning Himalayan views and two serene lakes. For a peaceful escape from the bustling crowds, consider staying at a cozy homestay here.

📍 How to Reach:

The road from Siliguri to Jorpokhri offers a charming experience through lush greenery and tea gardens. The last two kilometers through the dense forest lead to a breathtaking flatland.
If you're heading to the Nepal border from Darjeeling, you’ll find this forest along the way. The scenery is spectacular!

⏰ Best Time to Visit:

Start your journey in the morning to beat the traffic and local rush.
Pack a picnic since there are no food carts or touristy spots here. Just soak in the natural beauty.

Don’t go alone unless you’re an experienced hiker.

Avoid wearing flats as the path can be slippery.
