One of the rarest WDG4s and probably one of KJM's first WDG4s to get the blue livery, 12028 belongs to the first batch of India-made WDG4s and had a beautiful Navy Blue - Gray combo livery for many years.
Here it can be seen in charge of the Chikmagalur-Shimoga Passenger, where I managed to get four totally different shots including a nice overtake by the Bangalore-Dharwad Vande Bharat Express. Nothing can beat the raw charm of a long hood EMD.
