The New Jerusalem Version not to be confused with the New Jerusalem Bible, is a very unique translation. I wanted to read it for a couple of reasons. 1) I wanted to read a majority text New Testament. 2) I wanted to read a translation that left the divine name untranslated, but wasn’t over the top with Hebrew Roots.
