Note: EAS TV Message is from 1:20 to 1:58, but I wanted to upload the whole video of the cable override.
These are my captures of the National EAS Test 2023, conducted by FEMA and the FCC. I captured the EAS as a Wireless Emergency Alert on my iPhone and on my TV with the Optimum Cable Override. The National Test of the Emergency Alert System was issued as a National Periodic Test with the NPT same code on October 4, 2023
