In this series, we’ll follow the design and build of two compact buildings — a small townhouse and an apartment building with a café on the ground floor — sharing a single modular baseplate in a corner configuration..

Inspired by LEGO® Creator Set 31097, these buildings are reimagined to fit seamlessly into the urban landscape of our LEGO city, combining residential charm with a modular design.

You’ll see how the concept evolves, how the design takes shape, and how both buildings are brought to life brick by brick.
