Automatic make-up line composed of divider, first multi layer belts proofer, cross sheeter or flattener, multi layer conveyor belts proofer. This line is installed by "FARHAT Bakery Equipment, Lebanon" in Costa Rica in 2012, to produce authentic thin lebanese pita bread " Khoubiz Arabi". These machines are stainless steel and fully automated by means of PLC and Touch screen.
The production of this double row lane is from 1500 to 3750 bread per hour depending on dough weight, thickness and size. The loaf diamter can be adjusted from 15 to 28cm, the dough weight from 50 to 150 gr, the thickness from 1 to 6mm.
The space required to install this line is 15 by 6m, including mixing and bread packaging.
