MAGIC ROUNDABOUT - EP57 - Mr. Grimsdale's Holiday

Mr. Grimsdale is very, very busy. So much so that Florence gets worried about him and sends him off on a holiday. She volunteers Dougal to do Mr. Grimsdale’s deliveries whilst he is away. Dougal is not impressed! Dougal starts off his delivery round and his first stop is with pizza for Dylan. Dougal fools Dylan into thinking he has been given the delivery job, and then makes his way home to Florence, leaving Dylan with the trolley. Florence reminds Dougal that his pie was also on the truck. Dougal had completely forgotten. Dylan falls asleep and the trolley flies down the hill, out of control, landing in Ermintrude’s house. Ermintrude starts off to take the truck back to Mr. Grimsdale. Brian is fretting as his lettuce hasn’t been delivered and asks Dougal where Mr. Grimsdale has got to, but Dougal counteracts by asking Brian if he’s seen Dylan? Dougal finally catches up with Dylan only to discover the trolley is missing. Ermintrude turns up at Florence’s house and Dougal’s ruse is discovered. Florence confronts Dougal, and makes him deliver the groceries properly, by himself with no help. Dougal does as he’s told and ends up completely exhausted, but is compensated when Zebedee reads a postcard from Mr. Grimsdale, thanking them all for giving him a lovely break. And it’s time to party!
