Aksar hotel restaurant me kofte aloo paneer ke banate hai par maine ise mawa paneer ke banaye hai jis se iska taste ultimate nikal kar aata hai. Some time ago I went to a hotel with my friends and I liked the Malai Kofta they ordered there, but not much. Then today I made the same dish at home in my own way and what can I say, it is wonderful, delicious, I really enjoyed it. Usually in hotels and restaurants kofta is made with potato paneer, but I made it with mawa paneer, which tastes wonderful. This dish is very easy to make, you must try it at home and enjoy it with the whole family.
