Recovery Takes Time | Paul Sellers' Vlog 021

I wanted to bring you up to date since an attacker broke my ribs by attacking me from behind when I had no warning or prior knowledge that this might happen. I've tried to keep positive about what's happened since the attack.

There is no point going into the doldrums about it, but then I need to express the truth of what this incident cost me. It's now been nine weeks since I was attacked, and though I feel a hundred times better in my recovery, I am not there yet.

Keeping positive is not about being untruthful and pretending you are doing well but stating things accurately and explaining how you feel. This vlog is my way of filling in the gaps and everyone knowing that there was a price to pay for the attack.
