Episode 19 – Temples, Secrets & the Mistbearer

We start by tying up loose ends at the edge of the territory, completing shrines before venturing into the Ancient Cave. There, we cross paths with a member of the Alchemists’ Guild — but not before cutting down the Mistbearer, a towering leshan, in a brutal fight. Impressed, the alchemist invites us to join the guild and sends us on our first task: find Brother Eckhart.
The trail leads to tragedy — Eckhart has fallen to bandits. We recover his research and press on toward the All Maidens Temple. Our exuberance gets the better of us, though, and we tumble off a cliff into the waters below. What could have been the end turns into discovery, as we stumble upon a secret cavern guarded by the dreaded Scourge of the Sea. Compared to the Mistbearer, though, it’s almost laughably easy.
Finally back on our feet, we enter the temple and meet One Eye — only to run headlong into the captain we’ve been seeking all along. And with that… join us next time as we set out to hunt down a knight of the Round Table, or some shit.
