I tear down and inspect a 68RFE out of a 2012 Dodge 2500 HD w/ a 6.7 Cummins diesel. This transmission suffered a cooler line blow out which resulting in significant damage to the pump, among other things. Additionally, the unit had no apparent front or rear end play, which caused other failures inside the case, as you'll see.
This transmission was rebuilt in October of 2020 by another shop.
