I've used treat scatters for a years from an enrichment perspective - it's just a really nice thing to do with your horse - but I tweaked my set up after looking at Rachael Draaisma's Scentwork for Horses.
What I find fascinating is how it can help even the most food-dysregulated horses, helping to downregulate their nervous system, get those feel good hormones flowing and in turn improve their movement and posture.
For me it's a must do exercise for any horse person.
I cannot stress this enough - take a look at Rachael's work. It is a game changer for helping your horse's confidence, curiosity and any behaviour things you might have going on!
