Hira Gurung talks mostly about her migration to New York where she lived in the Brooklyn building with many Seke speakers known as "380", worked in nail salons, participated in community activities, and saw different perpsectives which she misses. She also addresses her experiences upon returning to Nepal, including social changes, participation in the mani gatherings at the Chhusang Samaj, and studying Tibetan.
