These are elevators 7&8 at the Victoria Infirmary, Glasgow.
Who originally installed this - Kone or generic? Looking at the door tracks might give you a clue!
All of the landings had Kone M-Series fixtures, but unfortunately in both cabs they were Dewhurst. I do have to say, however, that the door hold switches were quite nice - shaped the same as the buttons. Nowadays they would put keyswitches, so people can't take the elevator out of service just for their purposes.
