Education has now become an industry and perhaps the largest global industry with the result millions of youngsters are joining Teaching Profession. Unfortunately majority of them are not teachers by choice but teachers by chance. Therefore Effective Teaching is still a far cry. Teachers must be able to address these three pedagogical concerns i.e What to teach? How to teach? Whom to teach? In this video I have tried to satisfy these queries. A teacher who is capable enough to comprehend and address the above issues is certainly an Effective Teacher. Hence, Effective teaching is the need of the hour.
