在台灣北部的山裡，有一座“現代桃花源”。 24位菁英集資買下2500坪的荒地，打造了一座生態聚落。他們回歸傳統的生活方式，喝茶、耕種、一起煮飯、打麻將、感受節氣變化「退休不是等死，而是開啟另一個人生階段」。
