Not Typically the type of song most associated with Roy Orbison, Turned On is the second of two songs produced by Roy for artist Grover Mitchell on May 3, 1968. Very little information is available on Mitchell other than he was from Atlanta Georgia and toured a great deal with Roy in the 1960s but is now deceased.
