Has your mill started burning through tooling faster than it used to?
There is a lot of conflicting information about properly installing the Spindle Nose Cap on a Bridgeport. In this video, we will discuss the purpose of the Spindle Nose Cap in the quill assembly and go through replacing an upper spindle bearing that showed signs of damage.
At the end of the video, we will install the spindle nose cap correctly using a feeler gauge and a spanner wrench.
