12 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

2. Is your worship more externally focused (singing, music, aesthetics, rituals) or internally motivated by faith, love and obedience?
3. Does my understanding of worship biblical or more influenced by culture and tradition?
4. How can I worship God in my daily routines (studying, working, serving others) and present my body as a living sacrifice (Romans 12:1)?
5. Take time to worship God in spirit and in truth committing your lives to honor him in all areas of your life.
