The gasifier is almost complete! It needs some more welding, and a Media filter. There is a 50 gallon water pressure tank that will be used. It will be filled with lava rock. Lava rock is very pourous and should collect moisture very well.
Too much moisture after about an hour of running. It has not been installed to an engine yet. Soon enough.
Going to run it on a trailer. The gasifier needs to be stationary to run properly. This is due to integrating the water scrubber and not making an external tank.. The next gasifier will be made for the truck... Speaking of truck. Need to get this gasifier done so the truck can get inside of the shop.. Needs a LOT of work..
We'll post another video when the gasifier is running an engine or 2?.. I have 10kw avalible between 2 generators.. Gonna be picking up production in about a month. . Lots of projects..
When it it running a motor we will produce a better quality video.
