How I Got The Puig Lumen R Headlight To Fit My Royal Enfield Interceptor 650

In this video I am installing a Puig Lumen R LED headlight on my Royal Enfield Interceptor 650. When I bought the headlight it was advertised to bolt right up to the Interceptor 650. I was hoping that was the case but I soon found out that the headlight was a little too wide to fit the stock headlight brackets on the Interceptor 650. So, I wanted to try something. I took the new LED headlight completely apart and tried to fit it in the OEM headlight housing. I was surprised to find out it was a perfect fit. The OEM retaining clips worked just fine. They hold the light very snug and it doesn’t shake or rattle. The new headlight is a major upgrade from the stock one. Since I used the stock headlight brackets I was able to keep the flyscreen on my Royal Enfield Interceptor 650. Most of the aftermarket headlight brackets don’t have a place to mount it.
