what is the chaos mod?
every 30 seconds a random effect will happen from a large list of possible effects. when the bar in the top right fills the effect will happen, current active effects will be listed on the right side of the screen, newest at the top and oldest at the bottom, up to 4 recent ones will be shown, older ones filtering out to create more room for newer effects
